Drinks reception – Wednesday 21 April
The drinks reception rounds off a successful first day, your logo appears on the invites, and on all printed material, which refers to the reception including the event guide.  You are also invited to display your own small pop up stand in the delegate catering points during the reception.
Cost: £3,500

Delegate Bags – increase your brand awareness by sponsoring the 300 delegate bags, these are given to each delegate as they enter the event, your logo and web address will appear on the outside flap of the nylon shoulder bag.  You can also put one insert into the bag maximum size 4 page A4 document.

Badge Sponsor - Badges are mailed to all pre-registered visitors immediately prior to the show. This is a great way to highlight your brand and stand number with an advertisement on the badge mailer.

Internet Café – Situated at the entrance to the BDC, it serves as a great networking area for both visitors and exhibitors.  The package includes branding on the internet pedestals, and the home page of each screen will be set to a website you’re your choosing.

Memory sticks – this year we are looking to provide the conference proceeding to all delegates on a USB memory stick.  The memory stick will be branded with your corporate logo and can include information on your company pre loaded on the stick.
